The Laptop Faculty Lab is in B103 Barre Hall and is the location for the teaching with technology pedagogy communities' meetings each week. The room also provides an appropriate space for faculty to collaborate and support one another on a variety of work:

• Laptop/tablet assignments
• Conference presentations
• Publications
• Exploration of new technology such as message grid and other inking applications, podcasting and iclickers
• Practicing with technology in a class-like environment

The room comfortably seats 12 at a conference-style table equipped with electrical outlets and Ethernet ports. Wireless connectivity is also available. A podium computer, SmartBoard, traditional screen, and multimedia projector are at the front of the room.
