This product is included in our license for Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES).
Through our Microsoft EES Agreement, Clemson is entitled to the following:

- Windows Desktop OS (Professional, Ultimate, Enterprise, Education editions)
- Windows Enterprise upgrade (i.e. computers running specific OEM OS including Macs running Boot Camp)

- Office for Mac
- Office 365 (including Exchange Online for alumni)
- Microsoft Core CAL Suite
- Windows Server CAL
- SharePoint Server Standard CAL
- Exchange Server Standard CAL
- System Center Configuration Manager Client Management License
- Lync Server Standard CAL
Current full-time employees at Clemson may install the available software on personally owned machines if the use meets the criteria set down in the "Work at Home" option in our license agreement with Microsoft. Physical media (DVDs) can be purchased from the Computer Store by completing the Work at Home agreement.

Students and teaching faculty can use Azure Dev Tools for Teaching to access this software. Please go to this website (aka.ms/devtoolsforteaching) for access. Note that software downloaded via Azure is NOT included in your Office 365 login and is licensed individually. After purchase, a ticket will automatically be made in our ticketing system and sent to the necessary team to add it to your Clemson account. You can then download the software from the Office 365 portal (365.clemson.edu) by signing in with your Clemson credentials.
Office 365 Email Details
We are currently supporting Office 365. This includes Office for iPad and Android and Office Online. Faculty and staff Exchange mail is also supported. There is no plan at the moment to move students to Office 365 for email. They will continue to use Gmail and may have the option in the future to use Office 365.
License Information
This product is generally distributed as a standalone site license. This means any Clemson user may use this software.
Versions of this software are available on: Windows, Mac OS. You may have to check with the vendor about the availability of other versions.
Purchasing Microsoft Office
Those not included in our campus license or who want a physical copy of the install media can purchase Microsoft Office for PC or Mac or the Windows operating system at the campus Computer Store.
Licenses for this software are available without purchase if you meet any license restrictions.
