CCIT has just launched the new ITHelp powered by Cherwell Service Management. We have created this landing page during the transition period to help people reach their desired system.
For now, all customers should continue to submit requests or report incidents using the same processes they always have. Soon, we will release our new Cherwell customer portal. The portal will allow everyone to submit requests via our Service Catalog, report incidents, track the status of your tickets, search our knowledge base, and more. Check back here for updates upon the release of the customer portal.
