From the Support Center to the classroom and beyond … we are here to help!
Based from the CCIT Support Center in Cooper Library, Central IT Support Services serves as a ‘one stop’ for needs related to technology at Clemson. While we’re here to answer questions about any IT service at Clemson, we offer direct software and hardware support for your computers and mobile devices, along with service support for centrally based campus services, such as computing labs, printing, applications and classroom technology. When you need help, we are available during extended hours through a variety of contact methods, all designed to make IT support at Clemson convenient and dependable.
How do I get support?
We offer support through four convenient methods:
Walk-in: Need help with software on your mobile device? Need your computer repaired? Stop by the CCIT Support Center on the 2nd floor of Cooper Library for assistance.
Phone: General IT Support is just a call away – give us a call at (864)656-3494 for fast, friendly and knowledgeable technology assistance.
Chat: Need help while you’re on-the-go? Chat with us from your computer or mobile device by visiting https://support.clemson.edu. We can even connect to your device remotely to fix your problem!
Email: If you have an issue that’s not urgent enough for the other methods above, send us an email at ITHELP@clemson.edu, and we’ll get back to you in a snap.
