Google Earth Pro is a 3D interactive globe that can be used to aid planning, analysis and decision making. Businesses, governments and professional users from around the world use Google Earth Pro data visualization, site planning and information sharing tools.
The Google Earth Education program grants licenses to qualified education institutions. The GIS department currently has licenses available upon request.
License Information
This product is generally distributed as a keyed standalone license. This means users will have to obtain a key or serial number either from IT or the vendor before installing and using the software.
Versions of this software are available on: Windows. You may have to check with the vendor about the availability of other versions.
This software is owned by the GIS department.

Google Earth Pro is now free. Go here to download the software: http://www.google.com/earth/download/gep/agree.html
As noted on this page, you can use the license key GEPFREE to activate the software.
Licenses for this software are available without purchase if you meet any license restrictions.
