Inventor Professional

This product is included in our license for Autodesk Education.
Clemson University has access to Autodesk software free through the Autodesk Education program. This replaces the Autodesk software suites that were previously used. Under this license, students and faculty can gain free access to a large variety of Autodesk software.
There are two ways to license the software: using the Clemson network license or downloading the software yourself from the Autodesk website using a standalone license.

If there is any software or version that is not listed here that you would like added to Clemson's network license, send an email to licensing@clemson.edu.
If you do not wish to use Clemson's network license and wish to obtain the software yourself using a standalone license, you can also download it for free here.
Please note that the following software, which was previously available under Autodesk suites, is only available under the standalone licenses:
- A360 (must be accessed by student or educator)
- Rendering in A360 (must be accessed by student or educator)
- Fusion 360
- Infraworks
Also please note that the following software which was previously available under Autodesk suites which is now no longer available or supported in any fashion:
- Showcase (can substitute Rendering in A360, 3DS Max, VRED Design, Revit Live, Inventor)
- Autodesk Remote
- Mockup 360 (replaced by A360 Viewer)
- 3DS Max Interactive (included in 3DS Max)
- Softimage (can substitute 3DS Max or Maya)
- AutoCAD Utility Design (another company will be responsible for any future development)

License Information
This product is generally distributed as a floating network license. This means there may be a limited number of seats of this software available and that users must connect to an on-campus license server to use the software.

Licenses for this software are available without purchase if you meet any license restrictions.
