ArcPad is mobile field mapping and data collection software designed for GIS professionals. It includes advanced GIS and GPS capabilities for capturing, editing, and displaying geographic information quickly and efficiently. Critical data can be checked in and out of a multi-user or personal geodatabase and shared across your organization.

We are site-licensed for ArcPad. When installing, you can use the unlock code 118030D08313.

License Information

This product is generally distributed as a standalone site license. This means any Clemson user may use this software.

Versions of this software are available on: Windows. You may have to check with the vendor about the availability of other versions.

Install Media - How to Access ArcPad

Installing On Windows

  • Option 1: All users can open Windows Explorer (My Computer) and copy \\software.clemson.edu\software\ESRI into the address bar. If prompted for a username and password, try "campus\username" (no quotes; note the backslash), where username is your Clemson University username. Use your Clemson password. Once connected, check the Documentation folder for additional installation information, like license server names and port numbers. Note: If you are off campus, you will have to be logged into VPN before you will be able to connect to the Software Repository.
