Departmental Support

The SDI Web team offers departmental support that can be outlined in Service Level Agreements with various departments across campus.  Our support can be defined as necessary for those departments in areas of technical project integration and implementation, legacy system support, reporting, and system development. Application Service Level Agreements (SLA) An SLA can be established with any group on campus that has a need for application development.
